Libero, the market-leading premium diaper brand in Sweden and the Nordics, needed to strengthen its relevance among a new generation of parents. With a shrinking category window and increased competition from budget brands, the challenge was to move beyond product communication and build a stronger emotional relationship with parents throughout early parenthood.

Solution:
We created Libero Diaper Tracker, a feature integrated into the Libero app that visualises how many diaper changes each parent makes and how many moments of connection that actually represents. Since fathers often underestimate how much they miss by doing fewer diaper changes, making care visible through data and gamification turns an invisible routine into a shared, motivating and emotionally meaningful experience.
